Harnessing decades of scientific research in neuroscience, our course provides you with valuable knowledge and practical tools to navigate your inner landscape. Gain a comprehensive understanding of how your thoughts and feelings shape your experiences and learn effective techniques to work with them compassionately.

Through this course, you will embark on a journey of self-exploration and empowerment. Discover the underlying roots of your thoughts and emotions, enabling you to foster a compassionate and constructive relationship with yourself. The facilitator will guide you through step-by-step processes to transform your mindset and emotional well-being.

By delving into the core principles of CFT, you will gain a solid foundation to work with your thoughts and emotions in a supportive and constructive manner. Our course is designed to provide you with practical strategies that can be easily integrated into your daily life, allowing you to cultivate resilience, self-compassion, and emotional balance.

We believe in active learning, which is why every session provides a safe and supportive environment to try out and refine your stress-management skills. This hands-on approach ensures that you not only gain knowledge but also the confidence to apply what you’ve learned in real-life situations.

Each week you will be introduced to new concepts about how and why our brain works in the way that it does. You will also start to learn new skills and techniques and be given an opportunity to practice these this within the session.   Home exercises will be provided at the end of every session. While they are not compulsory to do, you are strongly encouraged to do them.
