• Discover your values, strengths and skills
• Re-imagine your Future and plan ahead
• Provide guidance towards your next steps

2. Return to Learning at Further Ed (Wednesday) – Click here to apply

This programme is designed for those who want to return to education but are worried that they might not have the experience and digital skills they need to participate fully. It will help you to:

• Build or improve your digital skills for learning
• Work on Personal Development and mindset for learning
• Prepare you participate in a QQI Level 5/6 programme

3. Skills 4 Life (Thursday) – Click here to apply

This programme is a literacy friendly programmed for those who want to learn more about wellness, day to day finances, and separating fact from fiction online and in the media. It will help you to:

• Learn more about wellness, and actions to help you stay well
• Learn more about managing day to day finances
• Learn how to spot fake news, and what you can do about it

An Cosán’s Further Education courses are awarded by QQI. Our programmes aim to support you to develop your own capacities and experience a sense of empowerment in your life and community.  You can attend face-to-face classes in An Cosán Tallaght or access programmes through our blended online learning model from anywhere in Ireland.  An Cosán is now working with local Community Partners across Ireland to bring our programmes and holistic approach to address barriers and challenges at a local level.
