Visit the college to discover more about the wide variety of QQI Level 5 and Level 6 courses on offer. You will have the opportunity to meet teachers, discuss courses and career opportunities and hear about the excellent progression opportunities available.

Moate Business College provides adult education courses and evening classes to the people of Moate and the Irish midlands including courses in Westmeath.

From small beginnings in 1991, Moate Business College has grown to its current maximum capacity of almost 500 students in our School of Caring, School of Business & IT and School of Arts & Leisure We provide courses of one or two years duration. Our principal awarding body is Quality and Qualifications Ireland (QQI). A QQI Level 5 qualification takes one year and a QQI Level 6 qualification can be secured in a subsequent year on successful completion of the level 5. Our part-time, evening classes run over 6-10 weeks.

Moate Business College works tirelessly for the benefit of its students and will do it’s utmost to provide the best further education possible.

We run a range of classes, covering a wide variety of subject areas, during our Autumn and Spring terms. Whether you want to learn a new skill, gain a qualification, take up a new hobby, meet new people, we have a class to suit you.  We offer part-time courses in the areas of computers for beginners and improvers, millinery, digital photography,  guitar for beginners, bike maintenance, flower arranging, make up and special needs assisting.
