This lecture by Dr Elizabeth Dawson, lecturer in medieval history at Carlow College, St Patrick’s, examines the Hiberno-Latin Lives of Patrick (7th-11th cent.) for their individual and collective contribution to the cult of the saint.
The Dublin Festival of History 2023 will run from 25 September to 15 October 2023.
