Lip and Perioral Masterclass (April 18th, 2024)

The focus of this Lip and Perioral Masterclass will be to provide experienced injectors with a more in-depth level of training on the rejuvenation and enhancement of the lips and perioral region. This course provides a combination of both theoretical knowledge and practical training with assessment overseen and directed by an expert trainer. There will be ample opportunity throughout the practical section of the day to practice injecting techniques on live training models to ensure that each delegate obtains a solid understanding of all training delivered. The day will cover rejuvenation techniques for the older lip and perioral area including perioral lines, accordion lines / buccal hollowing, nasolabial folds and marionettes. Also covered will be enhancement techniques for the younger lip and more complex lips including the M shaped lip. All techniques will be with needle and cannula. An overview of dental blocks and lip dissolve will be covered throughout the day.

| Entry Requirements | Only Doctors, Dentists, Prescribing Nurses, non-Prescribing Nurses, Prescribing Midwives and non-Prescribing Midwives, Prescribing Pharmacists and non-Prescribing Pharmacists can attend this Lip and Perioral Masterclass. All delegates will be prescribing medical and healthcare professionals, non-prescribing nurses, midwives and pharmacists should have a prescriber that they are affiliated with (to prescribe any prescription only medication if and when required). All attending delegates must be medical or healthcare professionals who have an active current registration with either a Medical, Dental, Nursing, Midwifery or Pharmaceutical body in Ireland or the UK. Evidence of delegate’s registration will be required when booking onto this course. All delegates must have previously completed a Foundation course in Dermal Filler at Cosmed or another training academy and have an active aesthetic injectable indemnity insurance policy in place. |
