This course is for students who have a solid level B2. It will help you to improve your communication skills in practical professional situations. The content of this course is flexible and your suggestions regarding specific issues you would like to address will be welcome.
This course in online on Zoom and will host a small group of 6 students maximum.
The course will cover:
- Making Presentations
- Describing your job
- Introducing your department, company
- Presenting your products, services
- Attending meetings – Interpersonal skills
- Interviewing – Interview techniques
- Appraisal meetings
- Telephone skills
- Dealing with customers/clients – Problem-solving
- Other business situations as required (to be discussed and agreed upon at the beginning of the course)
