Every organisation will experience a crisis at some point. Preparation is the key to managing and mitigating the effects. This workshop will take participants through the key areas that need to be prepared to deal with any type of crisis that may arise. It will provide the knowledge and skills necessary to effectively manage communications during times of crisis.
This workshop will benefit any team member who is responsible for managing an organisations reputation and credibility through a crisis. Those charged with managing the flow of information within the organisation and externally to media/social media will also find this training invaluable.
