Free your imagination. Train your powers of observation. Learn how to shape stories and develop convincing characters. Explore experience and memory. Use metaphor and suggestion. Write dialogue and find your own writing voice. Produce your own work and if you choose, bring it into class for reading and comment. For those who wish to write fiction, poetry, drama or other writing of a creative nature.
