Learn all the techniques to produce a beautifully decorated, professional-looking festive cake with this Cake Decorating course.Baking and decorating a Christmas cake using sugar craft, modelling of figures, flowers etc, decorative writing, and decoration of cake board. First evening is demonstration and all other classes are practical. Students must bring in own ingredients.
