Structure
The Diploma in Office Administration and Technologies is offered as a part-time programme over one academic year. Students will engage with weekly topic areas through short, faculty led presentations, lab work and guided discussion that will be reinforced by case studies and group work. Moodle will be used to facilitate student engagement with resources, as well as provide an interactive space for learners. The course will focus on six key areas that are foundational to manage an office and its administration efficiently. Additionally, students will acquire practical experience with Information Technology applications that are crucial in modern office management.

Typical students do not need prior qualifications or experience in advance of commencing the course and come from various backgrounds. This programme is also suited to the students who are interested in further study.
