This one-day course provides participants with the knowledge and practical skills to manage a range of emergency scenarios, including:

• Basic principles of First Aid
• Scene management
• First Aid equipment
• Shock, fainting, and unconsciousness, including the recovery position
• Asthma attacks
• Stroke
• Heart attack
• Bleeding and wounds
• Burns and scalds
• Bandaging techniques
• AED and CPR

Certification: Participants who successfully complete the course will receive a Guardian Safety Emergency First Aid Training Certificate, valid for two years.
