
There are many physical benefits to practising yoga including improved flexibility, strength, balance and co-ordination. Yoga can also cultivate a sense of calm and help with stress management. Everybody can practise and benefit from yoga. This class is a gentle hatha yoga class and is suitable for all levels including beginners. It includes meditation, breathwork and the physical postures (asanas). Each class finishes with a full length guided relaxation.
