
Pilates is a method of exercise and physical movement designed to stretch, strengthen and balance the body. The courses are a part of a systematic, progressive programme on the mat designed to stimulate and challenge the body at a pace suited to each individual.
This course looks to develop and challenge teh student's knowledge of the Pilates concept with more awareness plave don precision, execution and co-ordination of movements at a faster pace.
