
Pilates is a method of exercise and physical movement designed to stretch, strengthen and balance the body. The courses are a part of a systematic, progressive programme on the mat designed to stimulate and challenge the body at a pace suited to each individual.
This Pilates Beginners Course suitable for absolute beginner or those returning after a long absence and for those with or recovering from injury. Mat, towel & bottle of water required.
