These sessions aim to give parents and caregivers strategies and tools to enhance how they connect with and positively influence children in their care. After eight sessions parents will have a clearer understanding of what they are currently doing well and how to change unhelpful habits of behaviour. The class is held in a non-judgemental, supportive environment where we approach important issues with humour and respect. We will cover the topics of communication, connection, boundaries, influencing, conflict and compromise. The sessions are aimed at parents and caregivers interested in feeling less stressed and more confident to lead their family into the future.
