
In this course we learn how to make dough for pasta, some basic definitions of important ingredients of the dough and how these affect the pasta making . In addition we learn how to make various types of pasta with a variety of dough. Finally , the reason that we make pasta is to cook it therefore we try some authentic Italian recipes of different regions of Italy and in some case we learn the history behind them.
