Compensation and Benefits (C&B): Developing and managing payroll systems, pensions, and other employee benefits. Personnel Administration: Handling contracts, employee data, absence management, and maintenance of HR systems. Work Environment and HSE (Health, Safety, Environment): Ensuring a safe and healthy work environment and following up on sick leave. Labor Law and Conflict Resolution: Ensuring compliance with laws and regulations, and assisting in resolving conflicts and handling disciplinary cases. |
