
Course Description:
This Course is tutored by Ray Stears who is a certified first aid instructor ,recognised by The Irish Heart Foundation and PHECC (The pre hospital emergency care council).
Note: Manikins, AED trainers and first aid supplies will all be provided in class.
Any desks, chairs, tailor manikins, CPR manikins and AED’s (defibrillators) will be sanitised prior to the course by persons wearing appropriate PPE.

Time: 6.30 – 9.30pm (3 hours to complete the course)

Fee: The course fee is €50 for for attendees with certification
An additional €25 is for a separate personalised CPR card will be awarded to those candidates who wish to choose this option. The card is valid for 2 years. The cost of this card is €25 and is paid to the tutor on the night of the course

Assessment: The course is tested by continuous observation by the trainer and a multiple choice question paper?
Accreditation: Successful completion of the course leads to joint certification by the Irish Heart
Foundation and American Heart Association.
