Course Content

Course structure

Each three-hour course session will be divided into two components:

1 ) A presentation on topics related to Mindfulness and Wellbeing for one to one and a half hour’s duration and

2 ) Practice elements of the MBSR programme, delivered over the ten-week duration of the course

These classes include experiential exercises, group dialogue, and reflection.

Whilst our coverage of relevant theory is important, regular Mindfulness and Wellbeing practice is key to developing a personal insight and benefits associated with Mindfulness and Wellbeing practices. It’s strongly recommended that you can devote 45 minutes a day to the guided formal meditation practice.

This Diploma in Wellbeing and Mindfulness is approved for CPD credits for members of the Psychological Society of Ireland.

Assessments / Exams

A pass grade on the written assignment will be required for awarding the Diploma in Wellbeing and Mindfulness.
