
The purpose of this award is to equip the learner with the knowledge, skills and competence to enable them to care for and address the needs of a person and their family after the diagnosis of a life-limiting illness, in a dignified, inclusive and holistic manner.

The purpose of this course is to enhance the skills of learners to help them complete their chosen college course.
Adapted Physical Activity (APA) is a specialised field that focuses on modifying and tailoring physical activities to meet the unique needs and abilities of individuals facing physical, sensory, intellectual or mental health challenges.
On successful completion of this module learners will be able to use equipment used in MMA welding safely in the 1F,2F and 3F positions in line with industrial standard EN9606-1 and health and safety requirements.
