The Nordic Personal Trainer Certificate (NPTC) is an innovative, comprehensive course created as an effective online solution to becoming a European Level 4 Certified Personal Trainer (Level 3 UK)! The course has been designed specifically to support students who need to split their time with other priorities whilst they study in their spare time to become a fitness professional.
The course development goal was to achieve the same quality and scope of education through e-learning as could be provided through traditional face to face courses. In 2019, the NPTC was the first, purely online personal trainer programme to achieve full, professional, Level 4 accreditation (Level 3 UK) through Europe Active. NFE products continue to break new ground in online fitness education.
The NPTC is a tutor-supported qualification that teaches students a comprehensive range of knowledge and practical skills required to work successfully as a personal trainer.
The programme has 6 modules for completion as follows:
Anatomy and Physiology
Fitness Instruction
Nutrition for Health and Fitness
Business Skills for Personal Trainers
Consultation, Testing, and Programme Design
Exercise Instruction for Personal Training / Fitness Internship

This course is accredited through EREPs and Focus Awards (UK).
All successful course graduates will receive the NFE accredited Nordic Personal Trainer Certificate and will be registered at Level 4 on the European Register of Exercise Professionals (EREPs). UK based Students will also receive a Focus Awards Level 3 Certificate (for CIMSPA Registration).
