The employment law micro-credential is specifically designed to help participants develop the skills necessary to apply the law in the employment context. We focus on the duties and obligations owed by the respective parties during each stage of the employment relationship, from recruitment through to termination. Taken together, the e-Lectures and lecture papers will set out the law from a practical perspective. We intend to provide a type of ‘scaffolded’ learning experience, moving from an understanding of the law to an understanding of how best to then apply the law in a given scenario.
