
The purpose of this award is to equip the learner with the knowledge, skill and competence in the range of medical terminology applicable and relevant specifically to a medical receptionist or secretarial role in a medical practice, clinic and or hospital context.
This course is scheduled to run online 2 evenings a week, Monday and Wednesday, for 12 weeks from 6.30pm to 9.30pm.
Please note initial class and all assessments take place in the Monavalley Campus.

The purpose of this course is to enhance the skills of learners to help them complete their chosen college course.
Adapted Physical Activity (APA) is a specialised field that focuses on modifying and tailoring physical activities to meet the unique needs and abilities of individuals facing physical, sensory, intellectual or mental health challenges.
On successful completion of this module learners will be able to use equipment used in MMA welding safely in the 1F,2F and 3F positions in line with industrial standard EN9606-1 and health and safety requirements.
