This International Cookery course covers variety of dishes (main courses, starters, desserts) of cuisines from around the world: European, Mediterranean, Asian. Full Programme will be given on first night. First evening is demonstration and all other classes are practical. Students must bring in own ingredients and containers to bring food home.
