EmpowerYouth is a modern, engaging and practical life-skills programme designed for teenagers and young adults aged 12–18. Developed to support schools, youth clubs, community organisations and youth services, the programme focuses on building confidence, self-care, emotional resilience, respect, health awareness and real-world personal development skills often missing from traditional education.
Created by experienced educator and wellbeing specialist Dr Anne Marie McIlwraith, EmpowerYouth combines interactive workshops, practical demonstrations and open discussion in a safe, inclusive and age-appropriate environment.

Anne Marie McIlwraith is an educator, therapist, youth wellbeing advocate and founder of EmpowerYouth. With extensive experience in education, health, grooming, mental wellness and personal development, she has developed programmes that support young people in building confidence, resilience and essential life skills for modern life.
Workshops are available throughout Ireland for schools, youth organisations and community programmes.
