
DTMethod® is an APMG accredited Design Thinking approach which comprises a set of rules, guidelines and tools that help structure a Design Thinking initiative. The DTMethod® brings a predictable and easy to implement process to a highly dynamic environment.
The DTMethod® Foundation Course certification scheme supports the learning requirements of individuals and organizations who want to understand, adopt, and adapt the DTMethod®.
Design Thinking is an approach gaining more and more recognition around the world. It serves to raise creativity levels while designing new products and processes while minimising cost. Design Thinking is a tool which helps create innovations and improvements to existing products to meet the needs and changing expectations of users. It is recognised as one of the most reliable methods used in the pre-project phase to assess the cost-effectiveness of a proposal and how the project deliverable will deliver as many benefits to the organization and customer as possible.
