Decluttering Seminar - Online Training for Groups

This online Decluttering Seminar is designed to increase corporate wellness and wellbeing in all groups and organisations through decluttering and letting go. It is based on the Declutter Therapy talks that I’ve delivered to thousands of people around Ireland (and the message I've shared with countless others through the worldwide media) since 2010 in corporate, IT, retail, government, banking, wellness, community and mixed group settings.

The “inspiring” and “positively unexpected” content in this Decluttering Seminar has spurred on many an attendee to get stuck into their decluttering as soon as they get home – some for the first time in their lives!

The Decluttering Seminar is an online mp4 recording (PowerPoint presentation along with video of speaker), approx. 47 mins in length. It can conveniently be shared via M.S. Teams. Zoom, etc., or integrated into your own training database and re-accessed by your group or team members. The recording is accompanied by a Worksheet PDF to help give viewer clarity so they have a starting point with their decluttering.
