AWS Certified AI Practitioner

This course is government-funded for all Irish residents with a PPS number, whether in full time employment or looking for work. The programme is delivered online by Cenit College, an authorised training provider for eCollege.

This course prepares learners for the AWS Certified AI Practitioner certification. It introduces core concepts of artificial intelligence, machine learning, and generative AI, and explains how these technologies are used on AWS. Learners will develop an understanding of common AI use cases, foundation models, and the principles of responsible AI, including key considerations for security, compliance, and governance.

By completing the course, you will be able to:

• Explain fundamental AI/ML concepts and terminology and recognise practical use cases.
• Describe generative AI concepts and identify appropriate scenarios for generative AI solutions.
• Understand how foundation models are applied in real-world applications and key design considerations.
• Apply responsible AI principles, including fairness and bias awareness.
• Recognise security, compliance, and governance considerations for AI solutions on AWS.

By successfully passing the exam at the end of the course, you will achieve an AWS Certified AI Practitioner (AIF-C01), an industry recognised qualification certified by AWS (Amazon Web Services).
