Want to return to learning? Ever wanted to study at university but never had the opportunity? Then don’t miss Maynooth University’s Open Day.

As part of the Open Day, Anne Roundtree from the Department of Adult and Community Education’s Return to Learning Certificate Course will give an overview of the programme.

Return to Learning is a part-time programme that gives adults the skills that they will need to succeed and thrive in university. Skills covered include essay writing, research and library skills, note taking, analytical skills, time management and CAO applications.

In addition to skills building the course also builds people’s confidence in pursuit of a third level education. Furthermore, students who obtain 60% in their final grade will automatically be offered a place on the Bachelor of Arts degree programme in this university.
