Do you enjoy watching or listening to true crime? Have you noticed that documentaries, series and even news outlets always focus on the most extreme offenders and situations? Do you want to know more about what crime and criminal justice in Ireland are really like – or maybe you think you already know? Come to Truer Than True Crime with Dr. Ian Marder (Maynooth University) for a quiz-style conversation about the reality of crime and justice.

Organised by An Cosán, this seminar will explore the criminal justice process, offending and victimisation, and responding effectively to crime.
