Nightcourses.com heads to Jobs Expo Dublin this October

Nightcourses.com will be taking part in the careers and upskilling event, Jobs Expo Dublin on Saturday 21st October at Croke Park. We’ll be in Jobs Expo’s dedicated education area, The Campus.

What else is on?

Jobs Expo Dublin will feature some of the Ireland’s most highly regarded companies, including both national and multinational employers. The event also offers a full day of seminars, talks and workshops for jobseekers as well as free career advice from qualified career counsellors.

Companies and organisations taking part include MongoDB, MRP, PhoneWatch, BaxterStorey, Bridgedale, TCP Solutions, The Noel Group and McDonalds as well as the National Ambulance Service. In addition, the Government of the Isle of Man will be taking part, showcasing jobs and opportunities on the island.

Jobs Expo Dublin’s dedicated areas include:

  • The Jobs Lab – medtech and STEM jobs
  • The Digital City – opportunities for computer and IT specialists
  • The Mall – jobs in sales, retail and related areas
  • Go Global – career opportunities overseas
  • The Campus – education, training and upskilling opportunities
  • The Site – opportunities in construction, engineering and related trades

Jobs Expo Dublin will also include free career advice as well as a series of industry seminars. The Career Clinic offers the chance for attendees to meet a team of professional careers coaches free of charge.  The team can help candidates with crucial issues such as interview skills and CV presentation as well as assist anyone looking to change career direction.

In addition, Jobs Expo Dublin’s Agenda Stage will offer free, topical talks by industry insiders. These will include job-seeking skills, such as using social media to land your dream job, interview techniques and CV writing workshops. Furthermore, speakers will discuss topics such as entrepreneurship, working internationally and how professional women can break the ‘glass ceiling’ and move into senior roles.
