
Donahies Community School is running a Beginners Pilates course this autumn, led by experienced instructor Sharon Denver.
Sharon is a certified Mat and Reformer Pilates teacher as well as a qualified yoga instructor, known for her unique ability to blend both disciplines into classes that build strength, flexibility, and calm. Her sessions are designed to improve posture, aid recovery, and enhance overall fitness—all within a supportive, energising environment.
Whether you’re completely new to Pilates or looking to revisit the fundamentals, this course is the perfect place to begin your journey toward a more balanced, resilient body.
