Contemporary Dance / Beginners – 8 wks. @ €100

Whether you revel in the joy of expressive movement or wish to challenge yourself by learning new movement techniques this could be the course for you. Each class will focus on continuous movement within the choreography, incorporating floor work, and gently expanding the range of technique. The outcome of the class will be a gentle workout which tones and loosens the body while giving a greater sense of fluid and free movement. This is ideal for people with experience in any form of movement technique, i.e. Yoga, pilates, etc., or other styles of dance. Total beginners with an attraction to challenges are also welcome. Glass Fusing/Slumping – 10 wks. @ €160

A perfect choice for creative people with an interest in crafts, this practical 10-week programme will shatter your expectations. The course covers the basics: glass cutting, forming, fusing and slumping techniques. Participants will have the opportunity to design jewellery and make fine art glass pieces. Painting – 10 wks. @ €160

Do you have the desire to be creative and learn to paint and draw? If so, this course is right up your alley. Students will learn the skills of painting including various techniques and media. There will be an emphasis on painting from observation using primary sources drawn from natural and man-made forms as well as the human figure. The course is suitable for anyone from beginners to those wishing to improve their skills.
