Are you considering a career as a fitness trainer? Image Fitness Training's courses can take students from beginner to professional personal trainer level.
Established in 2010, Image Fitness Training is the brainchild of its directors Simon Creedon and Conor Whyte. They both have trained and worked in the fitness industry for a combined 12 years. As a result, they recognised that, upon graduation as a personal trainer, students needed further ongoing “mainstream gym training” before being able to seek employment. Because of this, IFT developed a comprehensive Fitness/Group and Personal Training course.
After stringent assessments and protocol evaluation, the European Health and Fitness Association (EHFA) and Reps Ireland accredited IFT. Consequently, their students can avail of industry ready experience as well as the highest-level education.
Since then IFT has developed into a multi-national education provider. EHFA and Ireps, as well as CYQ, ITEC and Active-IQ now accredit them.
The National Elite Fitness Professional Certificate is Ireland’s most modern and effective Fitness Instructor and Personal Trainer qualification. EHFA accredits this course. EHFA is the EU approved industry standards setting body for the European health and fitness sector.
IFT run their courses in state of the art facilities nationwide. They run Irish courses in Cork, Galway and Dublin. Each venue has been equipped with specifically acquired equipment to cater for their specialist programmes and curriculum.
IFT students also become IFT lifetime team members. As a result, students gain access to a plethora of extra skills at no extra charge. This includes:
Students must be willing to learn and determined to succeed. IFT courses can take students from absolute beginner level in the industry, step by step up to EQF level 4 Personal Trainer standard.
