| Career Path | This course allows graduates to progress to related Level 8 degrees and then to a Level 9 Physiotherapy Master’s in universities like UL, UCD, and UCC. There are also numerous options to study Physiotherapy in the UK, including direct entry to Coventry University. Graduates may apply for other health-related Level 7 and 8 degrees, and mature students are eligible to apply for Physiotherapy degrees in all Irish universities. Graduates may apply directly for Physiotherapy degrees at select UK universities, while mature students are eligible to apply for undergraduate Physiotherapy programmes in both Ireland and the UK. |

Students who undertake this one-year course in Pre- Physiotherapy studies will gain an understanding of the principles and practices of rehabilitation and an insight into how to assess and treat clients whose movement is restricted by illness, injury, disability or age.
This one-year Health Care Assistant course will aim to prepare students for work with people in a hospital, respite care, social care, community development or residential setting.
This one-year course will equip students with the relevant knowledge and experience to work as a pharmacy counter assistant or pursue a pharmacy technician qualification in the future.
This one-year Animal Care Assistant course is designed to give students an introduction to the world of animal care and grooming.
