The micro-credential targets professional learners from mid and senior levels from the private, public and third sectors and will be open to graduates with a degree (or equivalent) with a strong academic record in any discipline from a recognised third level institution.
What will I do?
This micro-credential aims to bring the disciplines of organisational behaviour and leadership into a practice orientated focus and covers conversation practice, coaching skills principles, and essential elements of talent management by way of practical exercises, tools and techniques.
How will this Micro-credential be delivered?
This micro-credential will be delivered fully online in 2.5-hour sessions each, delivered once a week in the evenings.

How is this Micro-credential assessed?
Individual Assignment (2,500 words) 70%. The individual assignment requires students to build an annotated model of leader as coach.
Reflective Learning Log 30%. Student’s individual learning goals will support the context for reflection, and the context for live practice coaching sessions.
