
This one-year course will prepare students for the ever expanding Irish equine industry and provide students with the knowledge and skills relating to the horse industry. This Equine Studies course will enable the student who loves horses to pursue a career in the horse industry or continue their
studies at third level in the equine area. By changing their combination of modules, students can avail of the Business award or Laboratory Techniques award to continue to third level to study in this area.

Students who undertake this one-year course in Pre- Physiotherapy studies will gain an understanding of the principles and practices of rehabilitation and an insight into how to assess and treat clients whose movement is restricted by illness, injury, disability or age.
This one-year Health Care Assistant course will aim to prepare students for work with people in a hospital, respite care, social care, community development or residential setting.
