
This intensive Baking course will cover cakes, pastry, breads. The course is progressive, starting with easier bakes and moving on to more complex ones. Every class is practical and shortly before the start of the course students will be given a list of ingredients to bring to the first class. You will need containers to bring food home. All classes are three hours. There will be three classes each of bread, pastry and cakes.
