
The Irish Orchid Society Spring Show returns on the first weekend of March, specifically Saturday, March 1st, and Sunday, March 2nd, 2025.
This free public event will take place at the National Botanic Gardens' Visitor Centre in Glasnevin, Dublin. The exhibition will run from 12:00 PM to 4:00 PM on Saturday and from 10:30 AM to 3:30 PM on Sunday.
Attendees can look forward to a vibrant showcase of flowering orchids, insightful demonstrations, and engaging talks. Highlights include an art exhibition featuring esteemed Irish botanical artists Susan Sex and Deborah Lambkin, as well as historic botanical illustrations from the National Botanic Gardens Library Archive. Additionally, there will be a comprehensive display focusing on Ireland's native orchids, drawing from the expertise of Brendan Sayers.
This event signifies a pivotal moment for Ireland's orchid community, uniting collectors, experts, and nature enthusiasts under one roof. Admission is free, with donations to support the Society's ongoing work warmly welcomed.

Morse will lead a practical workshop on home orchid care, addressing common growing challenges faced by indoor gardeners.
