Course Description:
These physical exercises and breathing techniques from ancient India:

As a certified Yoga Alliance instructor, an experienced retreat host, and an Ayurvedic nutritionist, she is committed to empowering you with the tools to cultivate physical strength, mental clarity, and nourishment from within. Margaret specialises in introducing absolute beginners to yoga asana, through the lineages of Tantra, and focusing on Hatha, Yin and Restorative styles.
