Free your body and your mind with this Tai Chi course.

Tai Chi and Qi Gong are gentle but powerful movements. These exercises can help people improve their health and well-being. The class is open to people of all ages and physical ability. The body movements work with all individuals to help open their physical and energetic bodies.
This course will explore the short form as well as some movements and stretches. The intention of this is to improve our personal health. These exercises will give you a unique opportunity to practice exercises that will benefit your whole being: body, heart, mind and soul.
