Strength and Conditioning – Tuesdays

Ringsend College

This Strength and Conditioning class combines both aerobic and muscular work using most muscle groups and is designed for those who wish  to burn off excess calories and look lean and toned. 10 week course every Tuesday from 6pm to 7pm.
