IT Service Management (ITIL) Foundation

The course is designed to meet the requirements of the ITILV3 Foundation level certificate, and also to provide the participants with the requisite knowledge to recognize how ITIL may be applied to improve service support and delivery processes in the workplace.
The Foundation level certificate is a prerequisite to studying further, advanced certification levels and provides the student with 2 credits towards the ITIL advanced diploma.

| Entry Requirements | Mature Students - If you are 23 years or over from the 1st January of this year, you can apply for this course directly using the College’s online application form. A member of the College’s admissions team will be in touch to discuss your course entry requirements. Under 23 Years - Two Honours Level, Grade C3s or above and four Ordinary Level D3s in your Leaving Certificate (subjects to include Maths and a language) or equivalent exam taken. Prior knowledge and experience within an IT environment. |
