This workshop explores the risk factors which can impact mental health, the resulting dynamics and how issues become compounded.
The workshop will explore questions and themes including:
Does how we interact with one another have an impact on our well-being?
What are the essentials of healthy relationships?
What can counselling teach us about ourselves in relationship?During the workshop, students will look at some classic concepts in how we relate to one another and tips on how to improve our daily interactions with those we care about.
