Pilates for Beginners/Improver Course

Pilates is a method of exercise and physical movement designed to stretch, strengthen and balance the body. The courses are a part of a systematic, progressive programme on the mat designed to stimulate and challenge the body at a pace suited to each individual.
This course caters for both beginners & improvers, working at their own pace.
Mat, towel, bottle of water required.
