Pilates is a method of exercise and physical movement designed to stretch, strengthen and balance the body. The courses are a part of a systematic, progressive programme on the mat designed to stimulate and challenge the body at a pace suited to each individual.

This class will cater for both beginners & improvers, students working at their own pace

Mat, towel and bottle of water required
