Irish Folklore

The course will explore the fascinating world of Irish Folklore. This course is delivered in English. Learners will be introduced to various genres of folklore, such as traditional music, vernacular native architecture, festivals and storytelling, which are to be found not only in the past and in archives, but also all around us. Includes folk medicine, the supernatural, the Fianna, proverbs and riddles.
