Course Description

Enjoy an 8-week course in Hatha Yoga to improve your mobility, flexibility, postural alignment, breathing, concentration and stress management. All Yoga positions are variations of everyday movements which help build strength, stamina and breath control. Explore the connection between your body, breathing and mind. At the end of class, after deep stretching, allow your body & mind to rest and enjoy a deep relaxation. Suitable for all ages and abilities.  A yoga mat and blanket are required by each student.
