The training contains:

  • Science of how dogs learn
  • Exploring body language
  • Group class planning & dynamics
  • Principles of canine behaviour
  • Building a one to one connection
  • Behaviour modification and rehabilitation
  • Practical demonstration
  • Case studies

A very popular Course for participants of all standards and is 50% of the curriculum required for the Open College Network Level III Accredited Qualification ‘Principles of Dog Training And Behaviour’ .

Course will begin at 10am and is aimed to finish for the day by 4pm.

This is a seminar type course with practical demonstrations with dogs that are pre assessed to be on site. Those attending the course are not permitted to bring dogs along with them with the exception of register guide dogs or assistance dogs.

We ask those who are attending to please not bring dogs along and leave them in the cars. This is uncomfortable and distressing for the dogs and too long a day for dogs to be left unattended.
