The Diploma in Credit Management and Debt Collection has been formulated specifically for those in Credit roles or aspiring Credit Managers in the workplace. This part-time course provides participants with an in depth exploration of the credit management role within organisation. It sets out to dispel any negative perceptions there may be about credit and replace the current perceptions with a positive, commercially aware, profit focused, customer centered function at the heart of every successful business.
The course enables participants to appreciate what steps have to be taken and the optimal order the tasks should be completed, which ensure that they will achieve results effectively through building successful relationships with their customers and colleagues throughout their own organisation.
